The NomadLink Gen 1 Revel Power System replaces the factory AGM setup with a complete lithium system built for how people travel today. Choose 460Ah or 920Ah, with a 3,000W inverter, faster charging, and a clean install under the bench.
The Gen 1 Revel helped a lot of people get into off-grid van travel. Its original power system was designed for far less than most owners use today. Starlink, laptops, induction cooking, roof A/C, and other electric gear can drain the factory AGM batteries fast. Many owners end up checking battery levels all day and planning trips around where they can recharge.
A single 460Ah lithium battery stores about 5.9 kWh. Lithium lets you use much more of its rated capacity than AGM, so the real-world gain is even bigger than the numbers suggest.
The 3,000W inverter replaces the factory 2,000W unit. That gives you more headroom for compatible roof A/C, microwaves, induction cooktops, and other 120V gear.
Refill the bank from shore power, solar, and 750W DC-to-DC charging while you drive. The 920Ah system adds a high-output secondary alternator.
You can't just pull the factory AGM batteries and drop in a bigger lithium battery. The original Gen 1 system was built around a small AGM bank, a 2,000W inverter, and limited charging.
We replace the whole system so every part works together. Batteries, inverter, charge controller, and protection all live under the bench, with a new control panel above it.
We pull out the factory AGM batteries, 2,000W inverter, and old charging gear.
New lithium batteries, inverter, charging, cabling, fusing, and mounting go in under the bench.
We wire in the new control panel and low-voltage disconnect, then test the full system.
A new panel above the bench has engraved, labeled switches for the lights, battery, bed lift, and water heater. The battery switch moves off the sliding door step, so no one shuts off power by accident.
Both are a major step up from the factory system. The right one depends on how you travel, what you want to power, and how fast you need to recharge.
A strong standalone system for weekend trips, regular shore power access, and moderate loads.
Built for full-time travel, heavy A/C use, and long stretches away from shore power.

A big battery only helps if you can recharge it. Both systems give you several charging sources.
The 100A shore charger refills the bank much faster when you plug in at a campground or at home.
An upgraded solar controller makes better use of your roof panels. Solar output changes with season, shade, and weather, so it works best as one part of the plan.
750W DC-to-DC charging tops off the house battery from the chassis whenever the engine runs. Both systems include it.
A dedicated ARCO 250A alternator adds high-output charging on the road. Roof solar alone would take a long time to refill a 920Ah bank.
The Zeus external regulator manages how the secondary alternator charges your lithium bank. You can also turn charging down or off when you want full engine power, like on steep climbs, at high elevation, or when merging onto the highway.
Every part is sized to work with the new battery capacity. You get one clean system, not oversized parts bolted onto the old one.
To reach the Gen 1 electrical system, we remove parts of the bench, shelving, wall panels, and cabinets. Then we prep the battery area and install new high-current wiring, fusing, charging gear, and protection. The 920Ah system adds the second battery, alternator, and regulator.
We mount and protect everything so the system holds up to real travel, without giving up storage space we don't need to.
